Why should you consider coming?
This year, our theme is: Connected: Learning to Walk with God and Live with His People. We’ll be looking at our theme from a variety of angles—because Jesus taught us that’s what life is really about: loving God and loving our neighbor. (Matthew 22:37–39)
Among other things, we’ll talk honestly about what it means to relate to other believers amid the intensity of training and practice and to connect with our Father through prayer.
And beyond the sessions, we all need community — especially with brothers and sisters in Christ who understand the unique challenges of serving in healthcare (or living with someone who does).

Introverts: come enjoy some quiet walks (or hikes) in the mountains
Extroverts: come hang out with some really cool people
Families: bring your kids to make some memories
Singles: come for community, leave with new friends (and who knows what God might do)

The details:
Who: anyone in healthcare, plus spouses/significant others/kids
When: July 31 – August 2, 2026 (Friday evening — Sunday lunch)
Where: Strawberry Meadow Pines (Strawberry, AZ) — about 30 minutes past Payson / about 1 hr 40 minutes from the Phoenix area (and much cooler than Metro Phoenix)

$149 each for NPs/PAs/allied health & spouses
$119 each for residents/fellows & spouses
$85 each for day guest rate (lodging not included)
$65 each for healthcare students
Children: $50 for teens, $25 for ages 3-11, kids 2 and under - free
Please calculate your total using these amounts, and remember, there is a maximum of $425 per family.
